A Little Bit About Me !

Hello, I’m Bec — the heart and hands behind Charmed Life Ceremonies.
I’m a proud Wiradjuri woman living on Dharug/Dharawal Country, and I’m honoured to walk this path as a Commonwealth-Registered and Authorised Marriage Celebrant, as well as a Funeral and Life Celebrant, Ritual Ceremonialist and NSW Justice of the Peace.
My approach to ceremony is grounded, heart-led, and deeply respectful of the sacred moments we gather to celebrate, honour, and witness. I love weaving meaningful rituals — from ancient traditions to modern symbols — into ceremonies that reflect your story, your values, and your truth. Whether spiritual, cultural, or simple and sweet, every ceremony is crafted with care, connection, and authenticity.
Before stepping fully into this calling, I explored many walks of life — from financial services to hospitality, from retail to a little fun in the world of film and TV. But becoming a celebrant brought everything into alignment — allowing me to be of service, connect with people, and create magic, all while cherishing time with my family.
I launched Charmed Life Ceremonies in 2018, and by 2021, I was officially registered as a Marriage Celebrant by the Attorney-General — a moment of deep pride and purpose for me.
If you’re looking for a warm, down-to-earth, and intuitive celebrant who truly listens and honours the heart of your story, I’d be so honoured to stand beside you. Whether you're dreaming of a wedding full of laughter and love, a sacred farewell, or a deeply personal life celebration, I'm here to help you make it real — and make it memorable.
I joyfully support Marriage Equality because love is love — in all its beautiful, diverse forms.
I work across Sydney, the Sutherland Shire, Wollongong, the Blue Mountains, and the Central Coast — and I’m always open to travelling where your story calls me.
Let’s create something meaningful together.

"We've got this gift of love, but love is like a precious plant.
You can't just accept it and leave it in the cupboard or just think it's going to get on by itself. You've got to keep watering it.
You've got to really look after it and nurture it."
~ John Lennon~
